Technical Project Manager (AI / LLM / AI Agents)

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of custom AI agents, LLM‑powered systems, and AI‑driven products.

You will work closely with AI engineers, ML researchers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver high‑impact AI initiatives. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent Jira & Agile project management skills, and the ability to manage complex AI/ML workflows from concept to production.

Project & Delivery Management

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI and LLM‑based projects, from discovery to deployment
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, epics, sprints, releases, and reporting
• Run Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Track dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution across multiple AI initiatives

AI & Technical Leadership

• Translate business requirements into clear technical plans
• Understand trade‑offs between model performance, cost, latency, and scalability
• Coordinate data pipelines, experimentation cycles, and production release

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as the primary bridge between business, product, and technical teams
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership
• Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Manage internal teams and external vendors (if required)

Must‑Have

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager (or similar role)
• Proven experience managing technical software teams
• Strong hands‑on experience with Jira (advanced usage, reporting, workflows)
• Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous technical projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

AI / ML Experience (Strongly Preferred)

• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM‑based products
• Familiarity with AI system architecture (APIs, inference, pipelines)
• Comfortable working with data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers

Nice to Have

• Background in computer science, engineering, or data science
• Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
• Experience delivering AI agents or automation systems
• Prior startup or fast‑paced tech environment experience
