The BI Analyst will collaborate with multiple business teams to analyze performance trends, provide timely reports, and support informed decision-making through accurate, data-driven insights.##

Description
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports using
** Tableau, Power BI**, and advanced Excel functions.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
* Prepare clean, professional
** PowerPoint presentations
** summarizing key insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
* Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate analytical outputs.
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all BI platforms and reporting tools.
* Build automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and increase reporting efficiency.
* Utilize
** SQL or similar query languages
** to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal systems and databases.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and generate performance insights as required by business leaders and cross-functional teams.
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis roles.
* Strong proficiency in
** Tableau and Power BI** (dashboard creation, KPIs, visual storytelling).
* High-level skills in
** Excel** (Pivot tables, Power Query, formula writing, data modelling).
* Working knowledge of
** SQL
* * for querying and analyzing data.
* Experience with other tools like
** Google Analytics, Python (basic), Alteryx, Power Automate**, or similar is an added advantage.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for a non-technical audience.
