• Implement and manage Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative and efficient delivery.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure that deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.

• Create and project plans, scheduled, track milestones and deliverables for product releases and updates.
• Coordinate the planning and lead the execution, and delivery of digital projects and solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are managed effectively.
• Support product owners and head of digital to develop and manage delivery pipeline of enhancements, improvement, and new products & solutions.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as necessary. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, partners/vendors, and business stakeholders, to manage and allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Identify resource needs and manage recruitment or allocation as necessary.
