Role & Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal teams (such as product development, legal, and marketing) to gather all necessary information and documentation for new listings
- Input, update, and maintain detailed and accurate information for each listing, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery
- Ensure that all listings meet company standards and guidelines. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Use SEO and other optimization techniques to enhance the visibility and searchability of listings
- Verify that all listings comply with relevant regulations and company policies
- Assist clients, vendors, or partners with the listing process, providing guidance and support as needed
- Track the performance of listings and make recommendations for improvements based on analytics and market trends
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product listing management, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with e-commerce platforms and listing toolsl
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with SEO principles and e-commerce best practices is a plus
