About the role

Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager [Integrations] to lead its integration strategy across client and partner systems. This role bridges the gap between customers, product, engineering, and data, ensuring technology connects seamlessly with the broader ecosystem.

• Own the Integration
  
  Roadmap:
  
  Define and execute the strategy for system integrations, aligning with company objectives and client needs.
• Act as the Integration Liaison: Lead discussions with clients and partners on technical capabilities, API usage, and best practices.
• Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Gather and analyze requirements, converting them into clear engineering specifications.
• Drive Execution & Delivery: Oversee design, development, testing, and rollout of integrations that meet business, technical, and security standards.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering and data teams to deliver robust, maintainable API and data integrations.
• Ensure Data Quality: Manage data mapping, validation, and configuration between systems.
• Support Pre-Sales & Onboarding: Partner with sales and client teams to assess feasibility, scope integrations, and guide technical setup.
• Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain integration playbooks, API specs, and internal training materials.

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of experience in technical product/project management, or integration-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system interoperability.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integration projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL — able to write queries, validate data, and debug data flow issues.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to align integration pipelines and reporting.
• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or API-driven platforms and tools like Postman / Curl.
