Team Leader​/Architect - Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Team Leader / Architect to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing innovative business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using
  
  Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio within existing workflows to enhanceproductivity and intelligence.
• Build AI use cases and autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to the development team.
• Stay current with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and AIintegrations.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security policies, and data privacy standards.
• Establish and maintain standard development processes, documentation, and quality assurance procedures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
