AI Transformation Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a talented AI Transformation Project Manager to contribute to overseeing the planning, execution & delivery of AI-driven technologies that align with Samsung’s strategic goals and vision. The position bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, enabling scalable adoption of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations.

• AI Roadmap Development:
  Define and implement AI strategies to enhance product features and user experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Product Integration:
  Oversee the seamless integration of AI technologies into existing products to improve functionality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Project Management:
  Ensure the collection of requirements and effective utilization of AI products in collaboration with AI business representatives.
• AI Tool Selection and Evaluation:
  Evaluate and select AI tools and platforms that best meet the product’s needs and objectives, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and analyze the performance of AI features to ensure they deliver measurable value to users and stakeholders.
• User Experience Optimization:
  Leverage AI insights to enhance user experience, address pain points, and create intuitive, user-centric solutions.
• Compliance and Ethics:
  Ensure AI implementations adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies, maintaining trust and transparency.
• Collaboration with Teams:
  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align AI initiatives with product goals and drive cross-functional success.
• Innovation Leadership:
  Identify and implement innovative AI solutions to differentiate the product in the market, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Change Management:
  Champion AI adoption within the organization & provide training and resources to team members on AI tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/AI, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project or program management, including 2–4 years leading AI, digital, or data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional technology projects within complex organizations.
• Experience in industries undergoing AI-driven transformation (e.g., retail, finance, telecom, healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of project and product management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• In-depth understanding of AI/ML technologies, data lifecycle, and analytics frameworks, with both technical and business fluency.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services (AWS AI, Google AI, etc.).
• Excellent strategic planning skills to align AI initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in change management and driving organizational transformation.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS AI) are a plus.
• Prior consulting or advisory experience in AI transformation is preferred.
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles, AI frameworks, and governance practices.
