Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Overview

Own the BI and analytics stack for the Strategy function. Build and run Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions on One Lake, using data from Oracle Net Suite, Salesforce and other core systems. Design semantic models, automate data and reporting flows, and use AI tools to remove manual work and support management decisions.

• Build and maintain Power BI datasets, reports and dashboards.
• Design and manage semantic models (facts, dimensions, DAX, row level security).
• Configure and manage Microsoft Fabric and One Lake for analytics and storage.
• Integrate and model data from Oracle Net Suite, Salesforce (standard and custom objects) and other sources.
• Optimize refresh, performance and governance of BI content.
• Build data flows and pipelines using Fabric, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Use Python at intermediate level for data preparation and automation scripts.
• Set up automated refresh, alerts and workflows across systems.
• Use AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Grok etc.) to support analysis, reporting and internal tools.
• Translate business requirements into clear BI solutions.
• Deliver executive ready views for Strategy, Finance, Commercial, HR and other functions.
• Support ad hoc analysis using Power BI, Excel and basic SQL.
• Maintain documentation for models, pipelines and logic, and apply common standards, naming and access rules.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or similar.
• 5+ years in BI, data modelling or analytics with strong Power BI experience.
• 2–3 years in real estate or property development with clear business understanding.
• Hands on Microsoft Fabric and One Lake experience (setup, configuration, usage).
• Experience working with Oracle Net Suite and Salesforce data (objects, joins, incremental loading).
• Intermediate Python skills for data and automation.
• Power Automate and Microsoft Forms (or equivalent Microsoft data capture tools) experience.
• Advanced Excel: pivots, XLOOKUP, math and logic formulas; basic macros/VBA is a plus.
• Basic SQL for querying and data checks.
• Practical use of AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar).
