Base pay rangeWe are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage the execution of daily marketing tasks across various digital platforms with precision and consistency. This role is operational and administrative in nature—ideal for someone meticulous, organized, and comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks. The right candidate is tech‑savvy, structured, and capable of maintaining high accuracy in publishing and updating marketing content, product data, and pricing.

- Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date posting calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Update website content, including products, services, pricing, and announcements.
- Regularly audit digital assets for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to receive finalized content and instructions.
- Maintain organized records of updates, postings, and change logs.
- Flag any inconsistencies, missing information, or content errors to management.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards across all updates and digital touchpoints.
- Manage CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools.
- Conduct quality checks for formatting, links, and brand compliance.
- Update product listings, prices, and descriptions across online platforms and directories.
- Monitor for and report any system or process issues impacting publishing workflows.

- 1+ years experience in marketing operations, digital support, or coordination roles.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple platforms and tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Experience with multiple brands/accounts (preferred).
- Familiarity with online marketplaces or listing tools (preferred).
