We are hiring IT Support Executive, who is responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot system, email, internet, and application problems
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support CCTV, access control, and basic networking if required
