As a Design Lead at frog, you will guide multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver impactful, human-centered experiences. You will manage and mentor designers, leading streams of work end-to-end, and collaborate closely with clients to shape product and service visions. This role calls for strong leadership, a well‑rounded understanding of product — from research and strategy through to production — and the ability to manage and inspire both stakeholders and your team.

• Lead streams of work within larger programs, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery
• Facilitate workshops, co‑creation sessions, and design reviews with bilingual (Arabic/English) communication when needed
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to create integrated solutions
• Champion human-centered design principles and ensure they are embedded in all deliverables
• Translate complex insights and requirements into clear design direction
• Act as a cultural bridge between teams and clients in the GCC/MENA context
• Contribute to proposals and business development when required
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East for client engagements

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken is a must
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
• Strong portfolio showcasing ownership of the full design process of digital products and services
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for client and stakeholder sessions
• Understanding of GCC/MENA cultural and market contexts is a plus
