Role

Summary:

The Assistant Manager Procurement Systems and Analytics is responsible for the efficient administration and analysis of the Coupa source‑topay procurement system within GMG. This role ensures that the Coupa S2P system operates smoothly, supports procurement activities, and provides insights through data analysis. The position demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication to facilitate seamless procurement operations and enhance overall procurement performance.

Additionally, this role involves building reports and dashboards to support data‑driven decision‑making for the sourcing and procurement team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the Coupa S2P system, ensuring system integrity, user groups, content groups and support troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain Coupa process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
• Monitor and analyse procurement data within Coupa to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimise Coupa S2P processes and workflows.
• Support the implementation of Coupa system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Coupa/Power BI to provide actionable insights for the sourcing and procurement team.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports on procurement metrics, compliance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
• Proven experience in administering and optimising S2P systems.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting within a procurement context. Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Proficiency in Coupa S2P system and related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualise procurement data. In‑depth understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
• Technical proficiency in report generation and data analysis tools within Coupa/Power

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with Coupa modules.
