Norbloc is a leading Reg Tech company building digital onboarding and KYC/KYB utilities for banks, financial institutions, and regulators. Our award-winning platforms — Fides and Sancus — enable secure, version-controlled data sharing and verification between entities, setting the standard for digital compliance infrastructure.

As we scale globally, we are launching an internal initiative to make AI an integral part of how we build, sell, and operate. This is where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate AI Strategy & Enablement Lead — someone who lives and breathes AI innovation and wants to drive real change across an entire organization.

This is a cross-functional, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO. Your mission:

  • Make norbloc’s teams faster, smarter, and more innovative through AI.
  • Identify and implement the best AI tools across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
  • Help shape how AI becomes part of our products, processes, and company culture.
  • Assess with our clients and norbloc teams what is the long‑term impact of AI on our platforms

You’ll act as the AI champion and go‑to expert — scouting new technologies, leading internal adoption, and ensuring that AI delivers tangible results for both our people and our platforms.

What You’ll Do 1. Discover and Select the Best AI Tools
  • Constantly scan the market for the latest AI advancements that can improve software development, QA, product management, and sales enablement.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and recommend the most effective tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cody, Perplexity, Jasper, etc.) for norbloc’s needs.
  • Maintain an evolving “AI Toolkit” for the company and measure the ROI of each adoption.
2. Drive AI Adoption Across Teams
  • Lead AI onboarding and training programs for technical and business teams.
  • Work with the Head of Engineering and Lead Architect to integrate AI into the development lifecycle — from coding to testing to documentation.
  • Track usage and impact metrics to ensure tools deliver measurable productivity gains.
3. Build AI into Our Products
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities to embed AI into norbloc’s platforms (e.g., automated document extraction, intelligent workflows, anomaly detection).
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance commercial processes with AI‑driven insights and automation.
  • Engage our clients to assess what are the prime areas for AI application.
4. Be the AI Evangelist
  • Inspire and empower teams through demos, workshops, and success stories.
  • Create an internal “AI Playbook” and lead regular “AI Innovation Days.”
  • Represent norbloc at AI and Reg Tech events, positioning us as a thought leader in applied AI.
  • Guide our clients on what could be the next evolution of the AI facet of our products.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology‑driven environment (engineering, data science, product, or innovation).
  • Hands‑on experience implementing or managing AI tools and workflows in a SaaS or software company.
  • Deep curiosity and understanding of LLM‑based tools (including MCP and prompt engineering), AI‑assisted coding, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills — able to drive change across departments and seniority levels.
  • Comfortable with APIs, automation tools (Zapier, Make), and basic data integration concepts.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident presenting to leadership and broader teams.
  • Experience in Reg Tech, Fin Tech, or enterprise SaaS environments is a plus.

  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on a company‑wide innovation mandate.
