Job Description

As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our network systems, enabling seamless business operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex networking issues, provide solutions, and collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance our network technology. • Design and implement new network solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain computer networks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network problems promptly to minimize downtime for users.
• Collaborate with network architects to enhance network infrastructure design.
• Configure and install network hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct network test and evaluation to ensure robustness and security.
• Maintain network security through regular system checks and upgrades.
• Document network configurations, changes, and updates for reference and compliance.
• Assist in the training of staff on network-related issues and protocols.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for existing network services and systems.
• Develop network policies and standards to align with organizational goals.
• Participate in vendor management to ensure optimal use of network services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role in IT operations.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware capabilities.
• Familiarity with communication protocols and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and effective communication.
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools is essential.
• Professional certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly desirable.
