A well-backed, high-growth healthcare group with ambitions that go beyond the dental chair. They’re expanding across the UAE and international markets, building a next‑gen, tech‑enabled clinic ecosystem. Now they need someone who can help architect the operating system behind it all.

Your Role

You’ll be the transformation engine. Build the frameworks, drive the automation, and set the company up for scale. You’ll work directly with founders and C‑suite to lead enterprise‑wide initiatives that span across clinical, commercial, operational, and HR domains. This isn’t about theory — it’s about creating a replicable model that powers 15 clinics and beyond.

What You’ll Own

• Build and run the company’s operating system: workflows, SOPs, KPIs, org structures.
• Lead digital transformation across CRM, ERP, Notion, HRMS, and contact center platforms.
• Drive automation, alerts, dashboards, and decision systems for speed and clarity.
• Design org structures, performance systems, talent charters, and leadership pipelines.
• Create a playbook for multi‑clinic expansion, operational readiness, and scalability.

Must‑Have

• 8–12+ years in management consulting or transformation leadership (healthcare/multi‑site)
• Hands‑on with BI tools, CRM/ERP systems, and workflow platforms
• Comfortable working directly with founders and owning cross‑functional programs
• GCC healthcare knowledge preferred
