IT Technician Job Location Dubai UAE Requirements Driving licence is required A degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role showcasing handson experience in problem solving Proficiency in English is required knowledge of additional languages is a plus to cater to a diverse user base Experience in a fastpaced corporate environment is advantageous to understand the dynamics of business IT needs Strong technical skills in hardware troubleshooting network configuration and operating systems are essential Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to communicate effectively with users of all technical levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations Physical ability to lift and transport IT equipment is required to assist with hardware installations and upgrades
