• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data‑driven growth strategy for the UAE market.
• Build local communities of users, advocates, and partners who champion our mission.
• Establish strategic partnerships with fintech accelerators, universities, and financial institutions.
• Lead acquisition and retention initiatives, including digital campaigns, referral programs, and localized engagement strategies.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms) to measure performance and drive continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to adapt user experiences and address local market needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to guide business decisions.
• Track and report key growth KPIs to ensure strong ROI and consistent scaling.

• Proven experience in growth, marketing, or business development, ideally within fintech, digital banking, or tech startups.
• Strong understanding of the UAE’s digital landscape and consumer behavior.
• Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience in performance marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and partnership‑building skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus.
