IT Manager

Elite Group Holding is seeking an accomplished Head of IT to lead the Group’s end-to-end technology operations and application ecosystem.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, this senior leadership role will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT service management, and enterprise business applications.

The successful candidate will ensure the stability, integration, and performance of all technology platforms across the Group while partnering closely with business and transformation leaders to drive operational excellence, security, and digital innovation.

• Define and execute the Group’s IT & Enterprise Systems strategy aligned with the overall digital-transformation roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments (Azure/M365) ensuring 99.9% uptime.
• Manage ITSM (M365 / Service Now) processes for incident, change, and problem management across all systems.
• Lead enterprise-applications governance ensuring availability, upgrades, and SLA compliance.
• Partner with the Digital Transformation Office on project readiness, cut-over planning, and post-go-live support.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, compliance, and business-continuity frameworks across all platforms.
• Drive vendor and MSP performance management to ensure maximum value and contract compliance.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing IT and application teams focused on service excellence and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 8 years in leadership roles across enterprise operations and applications.
• Proven experience managing both infrastructure and ERP/CRM platforms (SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Salesforce, Proaxia, Genesys Cloud).
• Strong expertise in cloud computing (Azure/M365), ITSM, cybersecurity, and multi-vendor governance.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and major digital-transformation initiatives.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, CISSP, or Azure/Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands‑on expertise in IT governance, infrastructure design, and enterprise‑application lifecycle management.
