Senior Executive – Quality Assurance; Oracle Cloud

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – QA with over 8 years of hands‑on experience in testing cloud-based applications, particularly Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ERP testing, test automation, and QA methodologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable enterprise solutions.

Lead and execute end-to-end testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Financials, HCM, and Procurement modules.

Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test specifications aligned with project requirements.

Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of cloud-based applications.

Create, maintain, and optimize test automation scripts for Oracle Fusion applications to ensure testing efficiency and consistency.

Manage and track defects through tools such as Micro Focus ALM, JIRA, and Oracle Application Testing Suite, ensuring timely resolution.

Apply QA best practices throughout the Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to achieve 80%+ test effectiveness.

Perform project analysis using SQERT-based methodologies, ensuring compliance with standards and business objectives.

Ensure alignment with CMMI and ITIL quality and process standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and business users to ensure quality deliverables.

Lead, mentor, and guide QA team members, including planning, work allocation, and performance monitoring.

Report testing metrics, results, and risk assessments to management with clear, actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in testing ERP and cloud-based applications, with focus on Oracle Fusion modules.

Certifications (preferred):

• Oracle Cloud Testing Certification
• ISTQB Certification
• Load Runner Certification

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and defect management.

Proficiency in test automation tools for Oracle Fusion applications.

Experience with Micro Focus ALM, JIRA, Boards – Dev Ops, and Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Working knowledge of CMMI and ITIL frameworks.

Hands‑on experience with project management practices related to software QA.

Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Exposure to cloud testing tools and frameworks.

Experience working in Agile or Dev Ops environments.

Ability to manage multi‑module ERP testing and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
