Arabic IT Helpdesk Engineer – VIP Support
We’re seeking a IT Support Engineer for our client that will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver day‑to‑day technical support across infrastructure and end‑user hardware/software, working closely with onsite support teams and back‑line engineers to keep services running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Receive, log, and resolve user tickets, keeping L1 and Team Lead updated.
- Provide remote and desk‑side support.
- Diagnose and fix hardware, OS, and application issues (Windows, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Install, upgrade, and repair end‑user equipment and AV/meeting room gear.
- Support approved office applications and assist basic infrastructure tasks with Network/App/Sys Admin teams.
- Perform simple network patching and cable swaps; help with inventory audits and on‑site changes.
- Must have experience supporting VIP users.
