Driven Properties’ Growth & Innovation Team is building the next generation of real estate technology—including ERP, CRM automation, internal tools, and cloud-native platforms. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer (AWS Expert) with 7–10+ years of hands‑on cloud and Dev Ops experience.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable AWS cloud environments across Dev, Staging, and Production.
- Lead cloud infrastructure modernization, containerization, and microservices deployments.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Cloud Formation).
- Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.).
- Automate deployment processes, monitoring, backups, and operational workflows.
- Implement advanced observability using Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/EFK.
- Lead disaster recovery, incident response, and cloud governance best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and help drive Dev Ops culture within the team.
- 7–10+ years of Dev Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE experience.
- Expert‑level AWS skills (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, Cloud Watch, Route
53, ALB/NLB). - Strong Docker and Kubernetes/EKS experience.
- Proficiency in Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and microservices environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM design, and network architecture.
- Ability to diagnose, optimize, and scale high‑traffic systems.
- AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect or Dev Ops).
- Experience designing data pipelines or ETL systems.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems or Prop Tech platforms.
- Cost optimisation experience in large cloud environments.
