Overview

Join the IT Lead – META role at Exclusive Networks based in Dubai, UAE
. Exclusive Networks (EXN) is a global cybersecurity specialist founded in 2003, with a presence in over 40 countries and listed on Euronext Paris.

• Coordinate the implementation and management of local tools and IT services in the META region.
• Act as the ambassador of the Central IT teams and manage local applications and support teams.
• Manage local support teams and IT specialists across the Middle East, Turkey, and liaise with group IT teams in Africa.
• Handle support and local infrastructure backlogs.
• Liaise with peers within the IT leadership team to ensure coherence in tool sets (Data & Analytics, Project Management Office, Front-End Applications).
• Maintain relationships with local 3rd‑party service providers.

• 10–15 years of IT management experience, including IT infrastructure, support, and representation of a central IT group.
• Experience with international ERP and CRM deployments, including multi‑country logistics and S4
  
  Hana Public Cloud.
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
