Iron Mountain is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing, inputting, and verifying a high volume of coded and uncoded customer business and statistical source data into our computer systems. You will ensure the integrity and maintenance of essential information within our systems and databases.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)- Operate data entry devices to accurately and efficiently process/input a variety of standard coded or uncoded customer business and statistical source data into the computer system.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all processed data, ensuring a high level of data integrity across systems and databases.
- Manage the input and update of large volumes of data while working within established procedures and guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
- Skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of data entry processes and verification techniques, demonstrating high efficiency and attention to detail.
- Proven ability in working within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify the approach.
- Good command of English and demonstrable computer skills.
