Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed‑term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your role, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

• Current university students and recent graduates

• Security Policies Management – Documenting and updating security policies to improve security posture and regulatory compliance.
• Audit Evidence Inventory – Creation, maintenance, and optimization of the inventory to facilitate and smoothen security project workflows.
• Security Awareness Training Program – Raise the company’s security awareness through collaborating with security teams and business teams, designing content, distributing training, and facilitating sharing sessions.
• Regulation Research – Assist in collecting, organizing, and consolidating cybersecurity laws and regulations related to the digital asset industry.
• Security Project Support – Participate and contribute to security projects that raise the maturity of the company’s security.

• Strong analytical skills with a hardcore achievement‑focused mentality.
• Students or graduates from Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science degrees are prioritized.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements such as EU GDPR, DORA, and other relevant data protection, cyber security and operational resilience frameworks.
• Experience with new technologies (e.g. blockchain, AI) is preferred.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, digital asset & Web3 is preferred.
• Having one of below security or privacy qualifications is a plus – CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, SANS, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, IAPP CIPP / CIPM / CIPT
