The Sales Director will lead regional sales operations, drive strategic growth, manage senior client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the Digital Transformation, Cloud, SaaS, and IT Consulting portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Own regional P&L responsibility—including revenue, margins, and market share.
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise sales across Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Data Modernization, AI/Automation, and Enterprise Applications.
- Build and manage relationships with large enterprise clients and government organizations.
- Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing sales teams, set targets, oversee performance, and provide regular coaching.
- Develop strong ecosystem partnerships with AWS, GCP, Oracle, Microsoft, G42, Accenture, Atos, and other global system integrators; drive co‑selling initiatives and joint go‑to‑market programmes.
- Identify opportunities for new business, new service offerings, and new markets; lead strategic deals from initial discussions to closure—including commercial proposals, contracting, and negotiations.
- Work closely with Pre‑Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customer success and account growth.
- Create and implement sales processes, forecasting frameworks, and performance KPIs; present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
- Monitor market landscape, competition, and emerging technologies to sharpen strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
• 15+ years in technology sales with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in Digital Transformation, Cloud Services, SaaS, Data Analytics, and IT Consulting.
• Proven success in leading sales teams and driving multi‑million‑dollar revenue.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
• Exposure to GCC/MEA markets and enterprise customer environments.
• Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
