About the PositionAs a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the design culture, systems and strategy for a company building world‑class products. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, and influence product strategy through a user‑centered approach.
Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end design process from discovery to delivery, maintaining high quality across all touchpoints.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, workflows and tools that support rapid execution and consistency.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to align on shared goals and deliver user‑centric solutions that drive business impact.
- Champion user‑centered design across the organization, influencing product strategy and fostering a high‑performance design ethos.
- Onboard to TRM’s product and business quickly, delivering value within the first 90 days.
- Proven track record leading product design at fast‑paced startups with world‑class products.
- Expertise in design tools, especially Figma for execution and Notion for documentation.
- A self‑starter who thrives on fast execution and demonstrates strong ownership.
- Deep ability to develop scalable design systems aligned with cross‑functional goals.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, working closely with diverse teams.
- Ownership of complex design problems, balancing product instincts with cross‑functional alignment, avoiding siloed work.
- Designers collaborate closely with product managers, reviewing specs and offering multiple approaches within timelines.
- Designs evolve continuously—mockups may be updated on the spot, requiring responsive iteration.
- Work hours are flexible; clear communication of availability is essential.
