Job Title - UI Designer

Our client is building a modern cross-border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange, clearing, messaging, digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a part-time UI Designer to shape the look and feel of our web applications and internal tools.

• 5+ years of experience as a UI or product designer, working on web applications and dashboards
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern interfaces, preferably for B2B or data-heavy products
• Skilled in creating design systems, reusable components, and style guides
• Expert Figma user (components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, prototyping, shared libraries)
• Proficiency with other modern design tools (Sketch, XD, or similar) is a plus
• Comfortable working with complex flows, tables, charts, and dense information layouts
• Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and front-end developers
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into clear, high-fidelity mockups and design specs
• Bonus: experience in fintech, trading, payments, or other professional tools for financial/operations teams

Part‑time role (for example 2–3 days per week or equivalent), focusing on UI design, design system evolution, and supporting implementation with the front‑end team.
