We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of systems and networks. This includes supporting on-premises and cloud environments, as well as contributing to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms.
• Support both on-premises and cloud-based (e.g., AWS, Azure) environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across the infrastructure.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade and migration projects.
• Provide support during off-hours for critical incidents or maintenance as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure engineering or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with monitoring tools and scripting (e.g., Power Shell, Bash).
• Understanding of backup solutions and disaster recovery practices.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD tools.
