Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Banking / Cards domain
- Strong hands‑on experience with Vision PLUS migration or implementation
- In-depth understanding of:
Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement) - BIN migration, card plastics, embossing, and personalization
- Experience managing vendors and card processors
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation or core system migration
- Exposure to multiple card platforms (Vision
PLUS, Way4, TSYS, First Vision)
