We are seeking a Sales Director to drive new business and accelerate revenue growth across the Middle East region with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and healthcare organizations. You will own the full commercial cycle for our AI-powered consulting and analytics solutions: agentic AI implementations, commercial analytics platforms, forecasting data engineering & cloud migrations, real-world evidence (RWE) solutions, medical affairs platforms, and digital transformation services.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role with significant upside through performance-based compensation and equity participation.
- Own territory & revenue accountability:
Create and execute account plans across UAE, KSA, and broader GCC with clear revenue targets, pipeline milestones, and quarterly objectives. - Prospect & originate opportunities:
Identify high-value engagements in commercial analytics, AI/ML implementations, launch readiness, forecasting platforms, data modernization, RWE studies, medical insights platforms, and commercial & clinical data management. - Solution selling:
Diagnose client pain points, shape problem statements, and assemble the right combination of our services: agentic AI solutions, commercial data platforms, cloud migrations (Snowflake, Azure, AWS), forecasting & analytics, MSL platforms, and custom AI/ML models. - Lead end-to-end deal pursuits:
Drive collaborative sales cycles with technical teams - qualification, discovery, solution design, proposal development, pricing/negotiations, SOW creation, and seamless handover to delivery. - Build executive relationships:
Establish trusted partnerships with C-suite executives, Commercial VPs, Medical Affairs leaders, IT/Data heads, and R&D directors; orchestrate executive briefings, workshops, and thought-leadership sessions. - Pipeline management & forecasting:
Maintain rigorous CRM discipline; track stages, probabilities, next actions, and deliver accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to leadership. - Thought leadership & brand building:
Represent the company at industry conferences, pharma forums, and networking events; leverage case studies and data insights to establish credibility and differentiation. - Post-sale growth & expansion:
Drive account expansion, renewals, and cross‑sell opportunities; identify follow-on engagements in platform subscriptions, managed services, and additional solution areas.
- 12+ years in life sciences consulting, analytics, technology sales, or pharma commercial roles, with 5+ years in front‑line B2B sales or business development in the GCC region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait).
- Proven track record of quota attainment selling consulting projects (strategy, commercial analytics, PMO), technology solutions (data platforms, AI/ML, cloud), and/or analytics services with deal sizes $100K-$1M+.
- Established network and deep relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations in Middle East markets - demonstrated ability to open doors and close deals.
- Strong understanding of pharma value chain (commercial operations, medical affairs, R&D, regulatory) and how AI, analytics, and data platforms drive business outcomes.
- Executive presence and confidence running C‑level discussions, board presentations, and navigating multi‑stakeholder decision processes with long sales cycles (3-9 months).
- CRM proficiency with structured pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and data‑driven approach to sales.
- English fluency required;
Arabic proficiency highly valued and differentiating. - Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity; self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Base Salary:
Competitive fixed compensation commensurate with experience and regional market standards. - Variable Compensation:
