Odoo Functional Consultant (2–5 Years Experience)

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Functional Consultant with 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in ERP implementation and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective Odoo solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo standard functionalities.
• Lead and support end‑to‑end Odoo implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live.
• Configure core Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Projects.
• Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, FDDs, workflows, and user manuals.
• Conduct system demos, user training sessions, and UAT support.
• Act as a functional bridge between clients and technical and development teams.
• Support data migration, master data setup, and process validation.
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

• 2–5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP functional role.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in UAT, training, and client workshops.
• ERP implementation experience in a consulting environment is a strong plus.

• Odoo Functional Certification(s).
• Experience in multi‑company or multi‑country implementations.
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts such as models, workflows, and views.
• Experience in industries such as Real Estate, Construction, Trading, Manufacturing, or Professional Services.
