Sales Manager; MarTech in Automotive

Are you a martech seller who lives for ROI, pilots, and integrations? Join a fast-growing automotive tech company helping dealer groups lift leads and conversion with performance marketing and an AI assistant. No rip-and-replace. Plug into their stack and prove value fast.

• AED 25,000 base with 10% uncapped commission on all revenue you bring in
• Warm pipeline to convert plus clear whitespace across priority dealer groups in KSA and the UAE
• Office based in Dubai with tight access to leadership and ownership of your patch
• Two products to sell a short cycle performance solution measured in days or weeks and an AI assistant with typical three to four month cycles

• Opening and closing new logos with dealer groups, distributors and OEMs engaging CMOs, Heads of Digital and data owners
• Running discovery that ties outcomes to ROAS, CPL, conversion, service returns and LTV and shaping pilots or POCs with clear success criteria
• Navigating marketing, IT and security to get approvals, integrations and go lives across CRM and DMS
• Building practical value stories around audience targeting, journey orchestration, personalization and attribution
• Managing pipeline and forecasting in Hub Spot and coordinating with product and delivery to launch quickly across KSA and the UAE

• Proven new business success selling martech or software such as marketing automation, customer engagement, CRM or conversational AI
• Ability to map and sell into complex buying groups and translate features and APIs into commercial outcomes
• Hands on with metrics and experimentation and comfortable speaking to consent, data flow, integrations and security reviews
• Based in Dubai and willing to travel across the region Arabic is an advantage
