A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join its commercial team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT solutions, and will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer engagement across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to expand market share in the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building
  • Sell complex IT and cybersecurity solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients
  • Engage with clients at all levels, including C‑suite, to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the value of the company’s offerings
  • Lead contract negotiations and support the development of solution architecture
  • Maintain up‑to‑date domain expertise in relevant technologies, market trends, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional business qualifications are desirable
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales engineering within cybersecurity and/or network security
  • Proven track record in B2B solution sales, particularly in IT and software domains
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, SOC, NOC, and cloud computing
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO
    27001, PCI DSS, and NIST
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, ITILv3) are advantageous
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients on‑site
