We are looking to hire a Salesforce Architect who will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions across all Salesforce Clouds for our client based in Dubai
, which is one of the largest semi-government organizations in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.

We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Architect who will lead the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing multi-cloud solutions aligned with business objectives. You should also have strong experience across all Salesforce Clouds, enterprise integrations, and governance models.

• Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across all Salesforce Clouds
• Design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and functional consultants
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
• Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
• Define data architecture, security models, sharing rules, and access controls
• Conduct solution design reviews and ensure quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers
• Support release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies

• Minimum 8+ years in Salesforce development.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or global Salesforce programs.
• Proven experience in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Architect role
• Hands‑on and architectural experience across all Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security architecture
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven architecture)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer is preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
