Mission

Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Get your hands dirty to identify growth levers, lead experiments, launch new channels, and show the team how it’s done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.
  • Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
  • Architect funnels and campaigns (hands‑on). Map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, check flows, and ensure the machine works before scaling budgets.
  • Relentless CRO & A/B testing: design, launch, analyze tests yourself; audit, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately.
  • Design, launch, analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging; ensure tracking and data integrity.
  • Channel exploration & scaling: oversee Paid Social (Meta), identify next winning acquisition channels, maximize ROI/ROAS.
  • Act as the client of the Content Factory: analyze ad performance, provide data‑backed briefs to Content Strategist, identify winning angles.
  • Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content).
  • Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, expansion; identify constraints and root causes.
  • Leadership of the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM): set standards, sparring partner, source talents, train, and manage growth of the team.
  • Align with Sales: metric focus on appointments held and deals closed; set up tight feedback loop with Sales Team Lead.
