Reporting to the Director of Digital Innovation, you will define and govern the end-to-end architecture of our digital platform for managing 15,000 towers, partnering closely with IT Governance, Cybersecurity, Finance and Strategy teams.

• Lead technical design and integration across RMS → Databricks, SAP, internal apps, APIs and Azure deployments
• Develop and maintain business, data and solution architectures; author roadmaps and reference patterns
• Conduct architecture conformance reviews and vendor evaluations (RFPs)
• Define data governance, quality metrics and lineage for all B2B systems
• Audit existing platforms; drive legacy-to-cloud migrations
• Optimize cost and performance of integration solutions
• Engage C‑suite and steering committees; translate strategy into implementable blueprints
• Mentor and coach junior architects; chair architecture governance forums

• 8+ years as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in telecom or heavy‑asset industries
• Proven large‑scale RMS and SAP integration experience
• Azure, Databricks, API management and database expertise (SQL/No
  
  SQL)
• Dev Ops tooling:
  Git, CI/CD, ARM/Terraform
• TMForum Frameworx, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR compliance
• TOGAF 9/10, CISSP, Collibra or equivalent data‑governance certification
• Cloud‑provider architect certs (AWS Pro, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
• TOGAF® 9/10 Certified Enterprise Architect
• TMForum Frameworx Professional
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent
• CISSP or Collibra Data Governance Professional
