The Project Manager Consultant – Finance is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Finance ERP projects, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Finance. This role ensures that ERP implementations and enhancements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The consultant manages the entire project lifecycle from initiation to production deployment while driving stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP rollout projects in Finance, specifically Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Drive project initiation activities including project charter, scope definition, and resource planning.
- Manage business requirements gathering, solution design, development, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Ensure effective change management and smooth transition to business operations.
- Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Oracle Cloud Finance certifications are a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Oracle PPM.
- Familiarity with risk and change management processes.
