Product Consultant – Delivery – Engine by Starling

Engine by Starling is Starling Bank’s software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) platform, available to banks and financial institutions worldwide. Engine helps banks build innovative digital features and efficient back‑office processes that have powered Starling’s rapid success in the UK.

Based in Dubai, you will work across the Middle Eastern client lifecycle: business development, client discovery and implementation. This early‑hire position gives you the opportunity to scale Engine’s Middle East business, shape the product roadmap and deliver Engine’s platform to our clients.

• Drive client discovery and implementation phases, agree on programme requirements and schedule, and support Engine’s Client Delivery function during platform implementation.
• Support early‑stage conversations, workshops and demos, qualify genuine opportunities, and contribute to marketing activities and conferences in the region.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and implementation partners to shape Engine’s product roadmap and support the localisation and integration of the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partner organisations and internal teams throughout the transformation journey.

• 2+ years of experience in client‑facing roles, consulting or technology within financial services.
• Experience delivering large‑scale, complex programmes and rapid problem understanding.
• Familiarity with financial services, preferably with experience in the Middle East.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• A drive to transform banking through Engine’s technology.

• Initial video interview with BD or Client team – 45 min.
• Follow‑up in‑depth interview – 60 min.
• Final interview with CDO/CCO – 45 min.
