Position: Performance Marketer / Media Buyer (Meta Ads – High-Ticket Services)

🚀 Performance Marketer / Media Buyer (Meta Ads – High‑Ticket Services)

Athena Genealogy helps clients worldwide reclaim German citizenship by descent through structured genealogical research and legal‑ready documentation. This is a high‑trust, high‑ticket consulting service (USD 1,400–10,000+). We do not sell impulse products — we guide people through complex, life‑changing decisions.

Remote‑first contract role. Relocation to Dubai is not required. Worldwide applicants are welcome.

Who this role is for

This role is NOT for:

  • CPL‑only optimizers
  • “We handle everything” agency profiles
  • Junior marketers looking for training

This role IS for a performance marketer who understands that traffic is easy, but qualified leads and commitment are the real challenge. Your mission: manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on lead quality, form‑to‑next‑step conversion, and cost per qualified case.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Test creatives, hooks, audiences, and angles systematically.
  • Optimize for qualified leads, not just form submissions.
  • Analyze drop‑offs after form submission.
  • Collaborate on creative hypotheses and testing priorities.
  • Report transparently on performance and learnings.

You will not be responsible for closing or sales calls.

What we expect
  • Proven experience with paid traffic for high‑ticket services.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads mechanics.
  • Ability to think beyond CTR & CPL.
  • Structured, data‑driven testing mindset.
  • Clear communication and accountability.
Nice to have (not required)
  • Experience with legal, immigration, consulting, or financial services.
  • Understanding of multi‑step funnels and commitment psychology.
KPIs you’ll be measured on
  • Cost per qualified lead.
  • % of leads progressing to the next step.
  • Lead quality feedback from sales.
  • Scalability without quality drop.
Compensation
  • Contract / freelance collaboration.
  • Low fixed retainer + performance‑based bonus.
  • Clear 30‑day test phase before long‑term scaling.
