Digital Learning Director

We are looking for a Digital Learning Director, based in Dubai, to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of digital learning solutions for a leading e-learning platform.

You will be responsible for shaping the learning vision, driving product innovation, and ensuring high-quality, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across digital channels.

This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in e-learning, instructional design, and learning technologies, combined with strong commercial and user‑centric thinking.

You will work closely with product, technology, content, and business teams to develop learning programs that meet market needs, drive user engagement, and support platform growth.

Your ability to translate learning objectives into impactful digital experiences, leverage data and analytics, and lead multidisciplinary teams will be central to the platform’s continued success.

• 10–15 years of experience in digital learning, e-learning, or learning & development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and scaling digital learning products or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning experience design (LXD), and learning technologies (LMS, LXP, AI‑enabled learning tools).
• Experience working closely with product, technology, and content teams.
• Strong understanding of learner engagement, data analytics, and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with in high‑growth tech or edtech environments is a strong advantage.
