• You design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules tailored to our business processes in Fleet Management, HR, CRM, Finance, and Operations.
• You analyze workflows and implement automated processes in Odoo to increase efficiency.
• You develop backend logic in Python and frontend components using XML / QWeb for an optimal user experience.
• You integrate Odoo with third-party applications such as GPS platforms, HRMS, and payment gateways.
• You create dashboards, KPI trackers, and reports for management and operational teams.
• You optimize system performance and implement security standards.

• You have several years of experience in developing and implementing Odoo modules, including full-stack skills (Python, XML / QWeb).
• You are experienced in integrating Odoo with external systems and optimizing performance.
• You bring practical knowledge in network administration and IT support (LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, hardware).
• You have experience in IT asset management and end-user support.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
