As a key point of contact, you will support our partners with advice, hands‑on assistance, and strong technical expertise – from planning through to commissioning. Your solution‑oriented mindset inspires our partners and turns projects into truly smart buildings. In an intensive three‑week bootcamp we will train you to become a certified Loxone expert – practical, comprehensive, and hands‑on.

• Provide targeted consulting and coaching to our Loxone partners across the Middle East (primarily electrical contractors and system integrators).
• Act as the first point of contact for planning, installation, and configuration of smart home and building automation solutions.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting via phone and remote sessions (screen sharing).
• Independently support planning and project design activities.
• Work closely with the internal support and technical teams.
• Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction and long‑term collaboration.
• Proactively inform partners about new products, system enhancements, and campaigns.
• Identify project‑based opportunities and recommend suitable Loxone solutions as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular in‑person training sessions for new and existing partners.

• Completed commercial or technical education (electrical, automation, IT, or similar).
• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering or automation technology is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Strong interest in smart home and building automation technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoys explaining complex topics in a clear, structured way.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of partner relationships.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus).
