The Head of Business Relationship & Delivery Management is responsible for leading and coordinating all IT business engagement, portfolio delivery, and transformation activities across the organization. The role ensures technology initiatives are strategically aligned, effectively delivered, and create measurable business value.
This position oversees portfolio management functions (PLM, CLM, Golf & Hospitality, Enterprise Backoffice), the Digital Solutions function, Application Development & Maintenance, and Data Analytics — ensuring integration, innovation, and excellence across all IT delivery domains.
The role is a key member of the IT leadership team, accountable for building strong business partnerships, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high‑quality IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Develop and execute IT strategies and delivery roadmaps in alignment with corporate and departmental goals.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT delivery and business relationship management functions.
- Lead delivery governance, prioritization, and investment planning across business portfolios.
- Partner with senior business leaders to define and deliver technology initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with business units.
- Understand business strategies, pain points, and opportunities, translating them into actionable IT plans.
- Serve as the primary IT liaison, ensuring proactive engagement, transparency, and alignment on priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in business engagement models, ensuring IT is viewed as a strategic enabler and trusted partner.
- Oversee the delivery of IT projects and services across assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead portfolio governance, delivery assurance, and benefit realization processes.
- Foster collaboration across digital, application, and data functions to ensure cohesive, integrated solution delivery.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of IT leaders, including Digital Solutions Senior Manager, Application Development & Maintenance Manager, and Data Analytics Manager.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across teams.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize systems, processes, and user experiences.
- Encourage the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud, analytics, and automation.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT governance to standardize platforms, tools, and delivery practices.
- Continuously improve IT delivery maturity and service quality through data‑driven performance management.
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to align IT delivery with business goals.

- Expertise in SAP, Salesforce and Oracle unifier.
