Searchability MENA is partnering with a rapidly growing, well-funded AI solutions consultancy based in Dubai, delivering scalable, end-to-end AI systems.
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer/Tech Lead with 8+ years’ experience in end-to-end delivery of complex, high-scale AI systems.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in multi-agent architectures
, cloud-native deployments, and end-to-end Dev Ops for AI applications

What we’re looking for:
- Hands‑on experience designing complex AI systems
, including multi‑agent architectures and context‑aware solutions. - Full‑Stack Development:
Python, Node.js, React/Next.js
. - Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in building scalable, enterprise‑grade AI applications.
- Deploying and optimizing AI/ML models (Chatbots, agents, LLMs) in production environments.
- Working with LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and integrating AI models into real‑time web applications.
- Fine‑tuning, serving, and optimizing models using Tensor Flow or Py Torch .
- Implementing vector search with Pinecone, FAISS, or similar.
- Experience in deploying AI systems at scale on AWS, GCP, or Azure;
Docker/Kubernetes orchestration; CI/CD pipelines; monitoring and optimizing cloud resources. - Prior experience in start‑ups or fast‑moving environments, building products from 0 → 1.
