We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing key business insights. Your work will directly influence product development, customer experience, and operational strategies. • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive product, marketing, and operational strategies.

• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.

  Work closely with product, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to identify and solve critical business challenges.

• Data Quality & Process Improvement: Ensure data integrity, optimise data pipelines, and contribute to improving internal analytics processes.

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role.

• Strong SQL skills, with experience querying large datasets.

• Basic ETL skills

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Experience with Google Analytics / customer behaviour tracking tools.

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up / scale-up environment.

• Experience in the iGaming industry (casino and sports betting).

• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and on-chain data.

• Experience working with ETL pipeline tools such as Clickhouse or Snowflake

• Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and growth analytics.

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
