MCH Global is an award-winning experiential marketing agency delivering impactful live communications and integrated brand experiences across local and international markets. We are seeking a highly disciplined Traffic Manager to oversee, control, and optimise the flow of work across the Account, Creative, and Production departments.
This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope, and aligned with agency capacity. The Traffic Manager acts as the central point of coordination, balancing priorities, deadlines, and resources to maximise efficiency, productivity, and delivery quality across the agency.
Key Responsibilities Workflow & Delivery Management- Own and manage the end-to-end workflow of all agency deliverables across Account, Creative, and Production teams.
- Track all projects, tasks, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met and work progresses according to plan.
- Enforce clear briefing, prioritisation, and approval processes across departments.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and scheduling conflicts, proactively proposing solutions.
- Assess agency capacity and allocate resources effectively based on skill sets, workload, and project priority.
- Optimise resource utilisation to balance quality, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
- Support leadership with visibility on bandwidth, workload forecasts, and resourcing gaps.
- Recommend use of freelance or external resources when internal capacity is constrained.
- Act as the key liaison between Account, Creative, and Production teams to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.
- Facilitate daily or weekly traffic reviews to align teams on status, timelines, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely handovers between departments at each project stage.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, task tracking, and status reporting using agency project management tools.
- Ensure all work follows agreed agency processes, timelines, and quality standards.
- Track revisions, scope changes, and delivery impacts, flagging risks early.
- Provide regular workflow and utilisation reports to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce delivery friction.
- Support the development and adoption of best-practice traffic and resourcing processes.
- Champion discipline, accountability, and clarity across the agency delivery process.
- 4–6 years of experience in a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, or Operations role within a creative, events, or experiential agency.
- Strong understanding of creative, production, and account management processes.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making ability with confidence to challenge priorities when required.
- Proficiency in project and workflow management tools (e.g. Asana, , Trello, or similar).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
