Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced L2 End User Support Engineer with 7 - 8 years of proven expertise in managing and supporting enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have thorough experience in setting up and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless end-user support and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide Level 2 support for end-user systems, applications, and hardware across the organization
  • Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, endpoints)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 support teams
  • Manage and support Windows / Mac OS environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and collaboration tools
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement best practices for data protection
  • Collaborate with network and system administrators to optimize infrastructure performance
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
  • Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to continuous improvement
Skills & Competencies :
  • Strong expertise in end-user support at L2 level
  • Thorough experience in setting up IT infrastructure from scratch (servers, networks, endpoints)
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange / Office 365, and virtualization platforms
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Cisco / Aruba preferred)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7 - 8 years of experience in end-user support and infrastructure setup
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA / CCNP, ITIL are highly desirable
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale IT environments
