- Provide technical support for staff (hardware & software issues).
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office devices.
- Manage email accounts, user access, and basic system security.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

- Proven experience in IT Support or similar role.
