AI Learning Designer – EdTech (French fluent)
Full‑time position based in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon or remote worldwide.
About the RoleWe are building a learning operating system that blends neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral science. As a Learning Experience Designer you will create cinematic, transformation‑driven experiences, not just lessons. You’ll own the architecture of the system, design the journey, script engaging content, craft adaptive AI loops, and iterate based on learning data.
Your Mission- Own the learning system architecture – from strategy to execution.
- Design engaging learning journeys that serve transformation.
- Script stories and content that engage both heart and mind.
- Ensure every feature supports the Paradox ecosystem: loops, pse agents, protocols, membership.
- Craft premium, high‑impact courses and co‑design new ones with experts.
- Build AI conversations & loops: write prompt chains, refine tone, review agent interactions.
- Measure & iterate: define KPIs, analyze data, refine for stickiness, and write new loops.
- Be obsessed with user problems – research, iterate, retain.
- Lead end‑to‑end design of courses: strategy, content, delivery, and assessment.
- Co‑craft courses with top performers, translating expertise into cinematic journeys.
- Write and optimize user prompts, ensuring human‑like conversations.
- Conduct desk and user research to inform learner personas and curriculum structure.
- Apply habit‑formation, self‑determination, and behavioral triggers to drive practice and retention.
- Collaborate with coaches, designers, and engineers to create self‑adaptive experiences.
- Run experimentation and lean testing, using data to adjust loops and personalization.
- 3 – 6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).
- Proven delivery of at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
- Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
- Portfolio of cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or learning programs (not just corporate training).
- Strong writing skills – editorial quality content for external audiences.
- High aesthetic sensibility – love the design and feel of a course.
- Outcome‑obsessed – focus on transformation rather than outputs.
- Critical thinker – ability to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses.
- Digital and AI savvy – ability to build or learn to build AI agents.
- French: native.
- English: fluent, with ability to hold conversation on detailed topics.
- Written communication conducted in English.
