What You’ll Do- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure.
- Document processes and create user guides for better service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Assist in system upgrades and installations as needed.
- Respond promptly to support requests from staff members.
- Experience in Outlook laptop image installations and POS.
- MS Office Outlook backup handling.
- End‑user support.
- Printer, laptop, computer, CCTV configuration.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in IT support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred.
